Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Sushil Gupta: We are into photography and videography for all types of events. As such, I was passionate about photos and making things look incredible and give memories to others. So I thought why I make my hobby as a career. Because a person who enjoys the work as a hobby will never get rid of it even though if you have a huge pressure of work.
Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?
Sushil Gupta: We are into all types of a shoot like. Weddings, Parties, Tabletop photography, Branding, Portfolios, Profile buildup for companies, Pre weddings, House parties etc.
Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?
Sushil Gupta: We are new youth of being creative and we have a different vision to see the world and make the moment happen no matter what it takes.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Sushil Gupta: Choosing a photography career challenges and struggles start from day one. As I was working under a photographer friend after I completed my graduation and I was into clicking pictures and the mindset of clicking was been appreciated by everyone but still being criticized from everyone I thought to go ahead in my interest that made me work under people for 2 years and after that, I need to go ahead with my thoughts than I applied for studies in photography at Mumbai FXSchool and done my Basic and Advance Fashion photography courses with the degree. I worked and had a great experience now I was ready to get in for photography in my place but then to I worked with online companies for garment photoshoot and others. But it got packed up but that also demotivated me for choosing the career in this but still, I did not lose hope I came to my place again leaving another city and I started working again but I did not had any equipment to call myself a professional my brother helped me to buy a basic camera and my journey started. I worked for 2 years in very basic photography and build contacts and then i was ready yo make my team but I did not had anyone to help for the team. It took me more than 2 years to make my name and to start searching for people young talent and join as a team. And I started getting people with me with a fresh mind always want to be creative and hence working and building contacts I am here with more than 10 people working together and editors etc.
Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?
Sushil Gupta: For being successful we need to have a plan, Never hesitate in working anything which can make you learn, never loose hope keep working, always be with confident persons around you this will never let you down, don't become like someone create your own identity, always get motivated and try everything but never copy this will build your identity and make you a confident person to face challenges.
