Sujyothi Prasad: After my employer 'pink-slipped' me for working from home way back in 2015. My joining terms mentioned that I would be working from home and after 3 months of squeezing out all that they wanted, they threw me out like a used napkin due to internal politics. The only one factor they could bring up against me was that I couldn't come to the office everyday as I had a school going toddler.

Sujyothi Prasad: We are a Brand Communication company creating content for myriad communication channels for businesses. Our expertise lies in curating quality and marketing-based content just the way you want to ensure good website traffic and engagement rate. We create content for websites, blogs, Social media, brochures and video scripts.

Sujyothi Prasad: I leapt into business with the sole purpose of empowering and enabling myself and women like me. So I worked with only women who were on a sabbatical or chose work from home option. Back then WFH was not an option people thought of. But we have been a virtual organisation since inception. I was new to business and had no idea how to handle business. I didn't work for money, but worked with passion to give value and that has been the edifice on which MyStyle stands today. We have garnered loyal customers for the value we have been consistently creating for them.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for MyStyle Communications Pvt Ltd?
Sujyothi Prasad: We are on a steady growth plan and we plan to create an in-house team for varied business verticals. We have a strong creative and tech writing team now. We want to be 'go-to' company for content- Think Content, Think MyStyle Communications. Whether it is training, content writing or hiring Content writers, we see ourselves as Global giants in this space.

Sujyothi Prasad: Consistency and honesty. Remember to take your salary from Day 1 and focus on growing the business.
