Shweta Digambar AhirRao: I have seen that there is no proper companies/agencies who did IGR process correctly & completely as it is lengthy & little bit difficult and bcoz of this Customers & bankers both faces challenges & trouble so i thought about this business. I made action plan & started to implement. Slowly slowly my work in this business were increased & now I have more than 100+ employees. My company always believes on Women Empowerment, as all my employees are girls. I always wants that today's girls to be financially independent in our society, so they can make there own way, they can do whatever they wants & they can try to make there dreams in to reality.

Shweta Digambar AhirRao: Struggle is part of every entrepreneur. We also faced many challenges in starting period. Initially we don't have sufficient fund, that time our company was new in market so that time we don't hv big portfolio but we work hard & overcome to this challenges.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Legal Solutions?
Shweta Digambar AhirRao: In coming future I want to create employment for around 500 women's. For Legal Solutions 5 years down the line are Good.

Shweta Digambar AhirRao: See the Dreams and work hard to make your dreams come true. Also try to create as much as possible employment bcoz 1 employment survive 1 family.
