Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Sameer Desai: We are a Consulting company in to the field of Franchisee helping Retail businesses for Franchisee expansion & Investors to select right and suitable Franchisee option for them. After working with Corporate in Banking & Insurance field for more than 10 years. I started working as Real estate consultant where we found that many builders, property investors were looking to bring good brands in their properties so accordingly we started approaching various local brands. Brands were ready for expansion but needed investors (Franchisees).
So this is how we started connecting the dots and develop a company Brands N Spaces. Where we used to connect brands, investors & spaces. Since Franchisee itself is a big subject & vertical so we created dedicated domain in name of Franchise Insider where we purely focus on Franchisee Consulting & Development. That comes under the parent organisation Brands N Spaces.
Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?
Sameer Desai: In Franchise Insider we have major 3 types of services:
1) We help successful B2C Retail players to create a Franchisee Module for their business and after that plan a strategy for further expansion on Franchisee.
2) We help Investors select a right Franchisee which are suitable to their profile, requirement & budget as we have developed network of more than 350 Franchisee Brands.
3) Franchisee Brands based from any location of India or abroad, they can outsource their Franchisee expansion in Gujarat & Mumbai to us as we are Gujarat based company.

Sameer Desai: We majorly believe in giving one to one consultation to our clients, Our consultation is more personalized as per the need & requirement of of the client. We strongly believe in ethical work, we work on our commitments till we get deliveries or until clients change his/her goals or expansion plans.
We try to be a proper bridge between Franchisee & Franchisor by doing proper filtration of both as a match maker. That is why almost 90% of the Franchisees are operational which deals were made by our company.

Sameer Desai: Some major groups in our field have been doing so much malpractices and unethical work so people many times look us also in the same manner but gradually they start accepting us once they understand us.
