What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
With so many players, the competition has skyrocketed . Given the funding and expanse that these international companies have it is difficult for self funded projects to give the flavor it needs . However we believe that where companies like HLL, who have products for every segment there is not much competition in the segment that we are playing to pitch. We are working on an Asset lite model and have been successful in launching a prototype. This model gives us a good 25% margin and we are working on pruning this model for further expansion.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
Stay Focussed and be Strong - and if we are genuine , success will always follow.
To what do you attribute your success
Focussed and never let our guard down to achieve success. Ethical Business practices and ensure the teams are aligned to the larger vision.
