I started this gym 4 years back with the idea behind to provide the proper fitness training to the clients along with nutrition and wellness under one roof.in addition to this , in Jaipur, till now the females are mostly into yoga but I am.expertise in weight training ,pilates ( not famous in Jaipur ) and the idea was to provide the complete fitness under one roof.I want to expand pilates more and more in Jaipur .
What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
Mostly this industry is male oriented industry and managing the males trainers whom I have hired and make them understand the correct postures and excersices to the clients . Being the make oriented industry I had faced many challenges in proving myself with the males and females clients and make them feel good and achieve their results .Now mostly males used to take PT with me only ..that's the best payback for me.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
Never stop trying.Once you are focussed , always ready to work hard..and do not think being a girl you can't beat males...rather you can do the best
To what do you attribute your success
I will go beyond my limits to reach success There are still manym moremilestones to achieve since the gym is still in start up phase and I am still trying to connect and expand my business.
