Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Rajat Tewari : Organisational Culture is a powerful force in every organisation, which silently impacts its performance. Unfortunately, many leaders are still not aware of their Culture’s strong influence on their business. So it is a challenge to help leader’s understand about Culture. During implementation of Culture change, it’s critical that the Leadership takes ownership, accountability and leads from the front. That is sometimes missing and makes it difficult to achieve satisfactory results.

Initially, it might be tough and one is tempted to shift away, but if we persevere, keep building on the skill and maintain the discipline we will achieve our wildest dreams.
