Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Parag Agrawal: I am a qualified graduate with PGDBM (Finance). This business was established by my elder brother in 2000 who is a qualified architect of 1998 batch. Earlier, as an architect, he used to purchase from outside but after some time, he was started facing problems in getting good quality furniture. After that, he starts searching for the machine's manufacturer and start visiting them abroad also. Finally, the business was established in the year 2000.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face? Parag Agrawal: Yes, challenges were there because I am not a person who can sell furniture without having proper knowledge of furniture. So, initially, I was very uncomfortable in selling the furniture. But yes, training and learnings always work. Now, I can sell the furniture easily.

Parag Agrawal: According to me, commitment and transparency are very important for a successful business. If you are transparent and committed to your business, you will get success in your business.
