Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Neelambari Munot: In late 2017 we came across Shreyas through a family friend of ours. It was a 32 years experienced company expert of Window coverings! The company was without any management for approx. 2 years, due to sudden demise for its earlier director. We looked at it as an opportunity and a new service vertical for your cliental and visa -versa. And I officially am the MD of Shreyas since 2018 Jan.

Neelambari Munot: Curtain Automation Mechanism, All kinds of Blinds Manual and motorised , Skylights, Interglass blinds, Monsoon Blinds, Awaning , Automated Doors, Automated Gates, Automated Rolling shutters, Docking bay equipments, Boom Barrier, Bollards, Tripod, Turnstile, Road Blocker , Tire Killer, Hygeine products (includes automated hand sanitizer).

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Neelambari Munot: Internal struggle: Main task force of the company includes the technicians, we took over the company along with the existing team the company had considering it will be a Boon.But this situation turned out to be causing more difficulties as the employees worked in the company for more than 10 years and practically I was the new entry in the company.
Solution: It took me time to understand the internal functions and the Mindset of the people working for us.
Then I had to stand up for business and take decisions like reducing on the fixed expenses, keeping tap on the purchases and also had to let go of few people.
