Minal Potnis , Founder at Aiyana Wellness
Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Minal Potnis: Through my father's frequent work-related travels, I was fortunate to explore the captivating realm of alternative medicine therapies practiced across different global regions. It was during these shared journeys that I serendipitously encountered Face Yoga. Initially driven by the desire to find a solution for my father, my curiosity soon evolved into a fervent study. I made the decision to transform this passion into a vocation, driven by the aspiration to bring the benefits of Face Yoga within reach of countless individuals worldwide. I firmly believe in its universal advantages and aim to make it accessible to millions.
With an extensive background in Human Resources (HR) and a Master of Business
Administration (MBA) degree, I have accumulated over two decades of invaluable experience in high-level managerial roles. Leveraging this expertise, I have successfully developed Face Yoga into a holistic program that effectively addresses both anti-aging concerns and stress management.
Currently, our focus has expanded into the medical arena, particularly in the field of facial
rehabilitation. We are dedicated to helping individuals regain their facial function and restore their confidence through the application of Face Yoga techniques.
