Marazban Bharucha : Having over 22 years experience in Corporates & Multinationals in the Sales & Marketing arena, I believe I have gained enough experience & knowledge in the field of Sales, Distribution, Channel Management, that I can help & guide start ups who have great technical knowledge but lack enough knowledge & understanding on Go To Market Strategy for their products. Small companies do not have the budget to recruit expensive & experienced professionals who can guide them & hand hold them through the Sales Operations, so as a Consultant I offer them my time in line with their available resources.

Marazban Bharucha : I will not call it struggle / challenge, however sometimes when I have my hands full, based on clients who are with me, its difficult to tell a new client that I will not be able to take them aboard.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Kampz Consulting?

Marazban Bharucha : The way the Digital platform is growing & the number of startups grow, there will be lesser & lesser professionals who can guide the new set of Entrepreneurs the Go To Market strategy for Brick & Mortar Distribution, the challenges of large sales team, the challenges of geographical reach. Companies that learn these rulesets fast will be winners in the long run.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Marazban Bharucha : For an Entrepreneur who is starting I will say - Dont look out for products with highest margin or highest profitability opportunity. Take a product close to your heart, something you associate with, build the team of people who are supportive to you & the company & only then you can reach for the stars.
