KJ Singh: Since I was working in the similar industry at a senior position, we could understand the challenges for the clients which we were not able to service for want of bandwidth, capabilities, financial freedom, we decided to venture on our own with the help of Independent VC’s.

KJ Singh: We Are a Techno Marketing Services company which provides the entire gamut of marketing needs for a client which includes Direct Marketing, Contact Centers, Events and Activations, CRM and Loyalty (B2B, B2I, B2C) , Web based technology solutions, Mobile and Retail Solutions, Integrated Inbound Response through QR code, Bar Code, Missed Call, Mobile, SMS, etc., Relationship Marketing and Field Marketing solutions. These are our Primary services however we also provide support services like Creatives and Print Production , Email, SMS and Whatsapp communication and Last Mile Redemptions.
Great Companies: What makes Evolve Brands Pvt Ltd different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
We are probably the few loyalty companies who are a full fledged CRM and Loyalty Companies providing all the services under one roof with a Pan India coverage along with MENA region with existence of over 19 years.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
KJ Singh: Our biggest challenge today is the right kind of domain experienced people to manage the clients, as there are no training schools for teaching CRM and Loyalty and most the experience is learned over the job training and hands on and we require people with a marketing and technology background which is a difficult mix.. Other than that our competition being large MNC’s their processes and experience helps them to create inroads in to the large brands with their brand and reach.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Evolve Brands Pvt Ltd?
KJ Singh: Fortunately we have grown very well as a boutique company and have been profitable over the past 12 years. We have been steadily adding new clients however our focus has always been on getting inroads in to existing clients rather than new client acquisition, but over the past few years, we have been able to add 4- 5 new clients YOY and should continue to do so. Our oldest client is about 16 years and still growing. We have a large exposure in the Auto and Auto Ancillary Industry and are now planning some new technology innovations in the Auto Industry based on best practices to enable the Auto brands to scale up their After Sales approach.

KJ Singh: Lots of opportunities are available every day to every one, keep your eyes and ears open to grab them specially the ones which are in your field and your experience.
