What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
As any other profession media is not an easy line to work for. There are many sleepless nights, back to back shifts and handling everything single handedly take a lots of will power and guts. I belong to a small town and coming all the way from shimla without any prior knowledge about big city and the work culture I am here owing a company of my own. Such achievement doesn't come easily. Staying alone managing house as well as work. It has been a great journey. At the same time being a girl dealing with all sorts of people out there need lots and lots of guts.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
Believe in yourself and don't pay attention to what people would say or think, 25% of your battle would be won.
To what do you attribute your success
As it's said every man has a woman behind his success. I would say behind my achievements, is a hand of a man. A man who taught me to be strong, a man who taught me to believe in my own self, A man who taught me to follow my heart. He is a man of honor and he is my father. No matter what, he never made me give up. No matter whether he understand my profession and its nitty gritties or not, he has been there for me emotionally always. He stand by me as a strong pillar.
