Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Kara Northcott: I heard about the business when a friend lost her husband. She encouraged me to have a look at it on line and they were looking for a distributor here in New Zealand.
Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?
Kara Northcott: We create diamonds in 5 different colours in 3 different shapes and various sizes from 0.03 carat through to 2 carat.
Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?
Kara Northcott: As far as I know, we are the only company in New Zealand able to offer such as service. We give people the encouragement to believe in the future and find their own path forward after losing a loved one so that they can feel comfortable, confident and enjoy life again.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Kara Northcott: At this stage due to covid 19, enquiries have really dropped off, however this is an opportunity once a number of restrictions have been lifted.
Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?
Kara Northcott: I believe in being very genuine, sincere and caring. The loss of a loved one or pet is a very emotional time and I want to help people through this process.
