Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Kapil Jain: I am the Principal Architect and Founder of M/s ARCON along with my wife Ar. Paridhi Jain. We believe that our profession sits at the crossroads of art, science, technology and environmental awareness. Through the practice of architecture, we have the ability to influence the look and feel of the built environment in order to enrich lives physically, psychologically and spiritually.
Living or working in well-designed spaces can change the way we think and feel.
The idea thrives on the intension to run a design enterprise which meets the highest standards of practice with the mission to leave a positive legacy for the future generations… it’s been 19 Years since we started this journey.

Kapil Jain: We provide 'one stop' services for the architectural and interior design/ development of the project. To achieve this we survey broad sectors, identify opportunities, formulate brief, conceptualize, articulate and design the projects through analysis, case studies and data collection. Kapil Jain: One of the prime strengths of our firm has been “Participative Designing” i.e. to evolve design solutions in close association with the Client or in close consultation with the users’ point of view. This primarily because we realise that what we build today should endure and enhance the lives of those who come after us. We further recognise the importance of design which has the capacity to change how we perceive the world around us.
Based on the above, our practice in the field of architecture does more than simply meet its brief. It works in relationship with the landscape thereby enhancing our appreciation of the physical environment it occupies. Versatility in Design - both in creating solution and styling - is our forte.

Kapil Jain: Our strength has been our repeat Clients over the period of years of Professional Practice and word of mouth marketing - which we get through successful Design & Implementation of Projects!! Having said that, what we face as a challenge is 'How to Market with newer territories?”.
