Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

James Goldsworthy: I have always been a person with a dream to run an electrical business so I was eager to get the business up and running as soon as I was capable.

James Goldsworthy: We cover everything in the residential sector and with the vision of doing the same in the domestic and industrial sectors.

James Goldsworthy: I am good hard working and genuine electrician that will always give my honest opinion when it comes to the customers’ best interests.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

James Goldsworthy: Currently still learning the skills to book work which is being made easier with a tradesman computer software I have recently purchased. Other challenges I am facing is collecting and following up money, which I know is an issue for all people that have their own businesses.

James Goldsworthy: Good relationships with customers, good workmanship, good quality work and being genuine to all people you come in contact with.
