As a company focused on ESG, our WFH format is a conscious effort to keep our carbon footprints limited, Additionally, we have launched Fools for Wags, an initiative where 1% of every invoice we raise goes to animal welfare organizations, activists or individuals. Every quarter, we calculate the total revenue and make a corresponding payment to select organizations. As my commitment to every team member, we don’t just work, we grow as a family, where I ensure that their welfare comes first. From no-questions-asked leaves to one-on-one meetings to masterclasses that are focused on their reflection and improvement, I take each member’s growth seriously. I am a servant leader, keeping my people and their needs first. I keep my clients first ensuring the best possible service and experience and I’m doing my bit to add to the world through small but meaningful steps and initiatives, or at the least, not take away from it. We have a special corner in our heart for women entrepreneurs and have often either given them discounts or mentoring or additional services as a gesture of support.
