Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Bharathi Bhaskaran: The vision behind my start-up is to rightly position the future generation in career-scape for what he/she is good at. I wish to evade the issue of strife and struggle in Gen Y kids so that they could create a harmonious world. Peace within is peace outside.
Secondly, to channelize the energies of tweenagers (Pre Teens or Pre Adolescence) in the right direction so that they grow up to become humble, responsible, and creative loving human beings. We work in collaboration with Parents to create a conducive environment at home so that children can blossom to who they really are, to their highest potential!! My idea is only to focus on PreTeens but We have also started working with teenagers now upon parents and teenagers demand.
Third reason for my start up was realising that our world is progressing vertically, where typewriter becomes a word processor, and a social gathering becomes a Facebook post. 40 years ago, we wouldn’t have thought that we can withdraw money without going to a bank. But now we have ATMs in every nook and corner. In fact, studies have suggested that 2 out of 3 kids in primary school today will grow up to do work that does not even exist today. Hence we decided to nurture child’s skills according to future requirements.

Bharathi Bhaskaran: Education Consultancy, Business Consultancy, Life Coaching, Start -Up Mentoring & Career Counselling though these names are common what is uncommon is our approach to problems and the unique insight of providing solutions.
Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?
Bharathi Bhaskaran: In education consultancy, I have no competition as of now in the market. I am not catering to people’s need right now as I see a huge possibility of educational reforms in future.. hence foreseeing the future need we are building our space. We identify the child's potential through faculties of mind and its mechanics and nurture their skills, provide education accordingly so that they can achieve success in what they want to do or what they are good at. For example Autistic kid need not focus much on academics but they must be educated on his or her artistic skills. It’s been found that in typically developing young autistic people, the right brain hemispheres had densely packed connections. Symmetrical brain functioning in autism is still under research.
About Business consultancy & Insights we do proper diagnosis, prognosis, and then provide solutions. It's an in-depth work that we do to get proper insight to provide unbeatable solution to scale up.
As our approach is quite new to parents & business people, what we notice is that they hesitate to approach us but we are not in a rush. We are here to add value to entrepreneurs, & children's lives.

Bharathi Bhaskaran: Integrity, Insight & Intuitiveness. These are very very important to run a business, take decisions and to gain trust of the stakeholders & beneficiaries. Also, we have a great vision beyond us or our time.. We have proper road-map laid out to achieve the same. We handle challenges joyfully because the ultimate mission is important, adding value to children who are our future!! They would decide how tomorrow’s gonna be shaped. We need leaders in each and every sector. We need leaders without title in each and every sector. our work today will be reflected in future through our children and how we raise them nurture them guide them or educate them!!
