Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Ashit Dinesh Visariya: We have been in the business of Furnished Building Materials since 2007. Initially we went into the business as a part to diversify into another business vertical, we started off in the retail segment but we had a clear focus that we need to target the Developers, Architects, and Turnkey Contractors if we need to make big into this space. This being a growing space helped us establish ourselves as their was a need of knowledgeable people in this field. Earlier this industry was working whims and fancies of the various people involved. As with the advent of advertising people became more and more aware and started understanding the products before buying thus came requirement to understand the product first before selling to your customers.

Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?                      

Ashit Dinesh Visariya: We are into the B2B supply of Furnished Building Materials like Tiles, Sanitaryware, Faucets, Composite Marble on a project to project basis. We work primarily with Architects, Developers, Turnkey Contractors.

Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?

Ashit Dinesh Visariya: The advantage with us lies in the fact that all the material directly sent across from the factory to the project site without it being routed thru the retailer who in turn buys from the distributor who turn stocks it in the warehouse which comes from the factory. At every stage there is an addition of the cost to you, we eliminate that extra cost. Also since we have a wide range of products the client can just talk with one company for all the products rather than having to deal with 10 different companies.

Ashit Dinesh Visariya: New designs are demanded by the customers for every new project. Longer credit cycle.
