Arushi Oswal, Founder at Reinvent with Arushi

Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Arushi Oswal: It all started 7 years ago, when I was stuck in a job, I was completely demotivated about. I had resigned and given myself time to rethink. At that time, I was also engaged to be married so was happily spending my time shopping and styling outfits for everyone. That when it stuck me that how happy I was doing it and I should totally think of it as a career choice.

Great Companies: What are the various services provided by Reinvent with Arushi

Arushi Oswal: At Reinvent with Arushi, We, “reinvent” your image in a way that makes people believe of who you are and attract others to regard you favorable and with continued interest. We work on Personal Branding, Etiquette Training, Power Dressing, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Being more Productive and a lot more.

Great Companies: What makes Reinvent with Arushi from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Arushi Oswal:

We do not give our clients an already readymade solution. We work on the actual need analysis first and then prepare a customiszed program exclusively for them.

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Arushi Oswal: Initially there was a certain resistance when I decided to pursue something completely different from my primary qualifications, that too after post graduation and 5 years of job as a software engineer, however each time convincing a new person just made me clearer in my sales pitch ! That is when I cent percent knew that I have to do this! So as they say follow your passions and success will come, the rest is history.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Reinvent with Arushi?

Arushi Oswal: My company and me both have undergone a drastic reinvention ourselves since my 10month old son is born. We our now focussing more on making the programs accessible to more and more people rather than just a niche set of audience. Digital marketing and collaborations are one way I see some exponential growth of the company. 5 years down the line I see one of our programs “Image Bootcamp” becoming part of the school curriculum in Delhi, if not India. (Fingers crossed)

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Arushi Oswal: Don’t be afraid to follow your passions. Believe in them and take a deep dive. Conviction and Faith makes miracles happens.
