Arunesh Beri: I have been serving in the IT-Industry for over a decade now and during my corporate stint, I was lucky to have gone through various Leadership Coaching engagements. It gave me insights into the challenges an Introvert faces in the organization, and the idea to have a product/service to help them came to post that. Our vision is to provide the best echo system to all domains and levels of companies, to make their foundation stronger and make businesses more successful, as this operational area allows a business to value its customers and deliver them desired services.

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
Aruensh Beri: As a Vice President of Operation & Delivery, I have witnessed many challenges and when it comes to the adoption of technology, the right mindset plays an important role. So, developing the right mindset was the first-big challenge for me as an Innovator.
If we look into the technical front, when working with confidential information, we face numerous challenges e.g. While modern data wiping techniques and data encryption create hurdles during evidence investigation, the most significant challenge is the time limitation in processing massive amounts of data.
The right audience and making them ready for this innovation and preparing them for adoption in their current ecosystem is also a big struggle. So, starting from the right mindset, educating people, resources, Data-inputs, technology adoption, and cost optimization were some Real-time struggles or challenges that were our basis in order to deliver the best.

Aruensh Beri: We would be a leading global player in providing smart solutions for CRM, Operational Risks Management & Productivity improvement. It will be achieved using cutting-edge technologies.
I am a great believer of "Give your Best". In our quest to be the best, we will continue to innovate and focus on our mission to simplify technology in the future also. Technology is evolving at a quicker rate than ever before, so it's not a question of whether we'll be able to adapt to the changing industry in five years, but rather of how well we will be able to give the best at the right time. We forecast a day when Redian Software would be the most trusted name in digital world.

Aruensh Beri: The entrepreneurs should take a plunge, as there has never been a better ecosystem for the start-ups. Actively seek guidance but trust your instincts. Even big companies are willing to work with start-ups and provide opportunities to fine-tune the product and scale-up. However, the journey requires patience, perseverance, and clarity of vision.
