Anuraag Singh: I & My Business Partner Debasish Pramanik was passionate about Computer Technology from the very beginning. During our university days in Pune, we dreamed of building something that would have a significant impact on the lives of all computer users. As we progress along our path, we discover that Data Care software development has a vast market potential. This area of IT has always been in high demand. Our technologies became useful solutions to convert, recover, restore, and backup any sort of data at a period when data was emerging as a new investment. The idea for SysTools Software was born at the moment we understood the user requirement.

Our most valuable competence is digital forensics investigation services, which we provide to India's prestigious investigation agencies such as the CBI, Delhi Police Cyber Cell, Enforcement, Income Tax, Revenue Intelligence, Competition Commission, and others. We assist investigative authorities with anything from forensic examination of digital data to carving out evidence from any storage device.

Anuraag Singh: In terms of business, one of the most difficult challenges we face is persuading people and decision-makers in our country to start investing in Indian software products. Why not us; when we are capable of providing reliable, better, and affordable data processing solutions of any kind? The task is to highlight this issue and push hard enough to earn the right to lead any projects in our domain of expertise.
If we look into the technical front, when working with confidential information, we face numerous challenges. While modern data wiping techniques and data encryption create hurdles during evidence investigation, the most significant challenge is the time limitation in processing massive amounts of data.
We are addressing these issues in both business and process models. With the current trends and favorable policies developed by the Indian government, we are optimistic that we will succeed sooner rather than later.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for SysTools Software?
Anuraag Singh: I am a great believer in "never settling for less than your best." As a result, in our quest to be the best, we will continue to innovate and focus on our mission to simplify technology in the future also. Technology is evolving at a quicker rate than ever before, so it's not a question of whether we'll be able to adapt to the changing industry in five years, but rather of how well we will be able to give the best at the right time. Anuraag Singh: There should be an impact of what you propose. Do not simply repeat what others have done. Start small, but be sure to leave an influence that will provide you confidence to accomplish more, make more & grow more.
