How are you encouraging a disruptive culture within your team?

Anooja Bashir : In our organization, we treat employees as professional rather than female/male staff. The primary rule is that the company needs the best professionals, not gender miscommunication. We have set a role model to all employees that we can achieve anything through focus and the right strategy with armstrong dedication. I encourage my staff who are women to strike a balance between work and family system motivating them to be multitaskers. Me raising to a platform, achieving certain awards withstanding all the pressure, facing all the challenges, breaking the glass ceiling of a system made me women disrupt leader. In Fact, I am flexible to new employees but very strict when it comes to maintaining the quality and discipline in the organisation.


How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Oureacorp?

Anooja Bashir : We are in the planning of starting a product-based company; Digitaliz focusing on developing IT products. We are also moving ahead to raise funding through investors and slowly move from a boot-strapped to an investor-funded one with our training vertical upgrading into an ed-tech platform and scaling up our total system.

Positively we look for triple revenue generation at the beginning itself and create a very strong platform in the next 3 years.

We always strive to make Ourea accessible where any company can rely on us to build their corporate /startup journey. We are also planning to expand our product division and our focus is to add more products to each of our verticals. We also are looking forward to creating a platform to support entrepreneurs, so as to help them to get their ideas implemented.

The organisation is on the move to create a viable organizational strategy where the system is centralised and it can be accessed with a digital support even if the CXO’S are not directly involved in the project.We are planning to improvise the HR system proving promotion to senior staff to managers while promoting juniors to the senior job positions. We are also hiring new recruits for our current project LIKES for which a lot of resources from the industry are required.The management are also evaluating the performance of employees and provide more challenges to bring out their skills & potentials.


What would you advise budding entrepreneurs or the students who want to become an entrepreneur?

Anooja Bashir : As budding entrepreneurs, never give up on your dreams and accept the fact that nothing is built in a day. We need a lot of perseverance, endurance, and commitment to reach our goals. Never ever give up on your dreams.


Like Paulo Coehlo’s saying “And when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” So keep trying, stay focused, increase your knowledge, strengthen your network, build a great team, and besides all belief in yourself and your dreams.


Also, failure is always going to be a part of your life, you’ll keep failing and that becomes the major source of learning. Though it might seem to be a hard way, it is indeed the best way. Failure is the step towards success. So embrace your failures and learn from them.
