The first and easiest place to come up with a business idea is through your own experiences. Another way to uncover a business idea is to spot and get ahead of a trend. I thought that I can help start up in all ways and decided to go ahead with my firm. I started my career at very early age i.e. 19. Currently I have experience of 9 years in this filed as well in different sector.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Chopra & Associates?
In five years, my goal is to successfully obtain two certificates that are related to my position. I would like to be recognised as an expert in this sector. I have set up targets which can bring out the best of me. These objectives deal with making decisions that were tough but fruitful. In my initial years, I tried to play it safe which most people do. The five years I see ahead of me are full of responsibilities which need better decisiveness. I am sure the years will be mutually progressive for me and the organization.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Learning from others is the best way to improve yourself and tighten up what you strive to be. The added value here is that you’ll manage to build personal connections that can be used now or at any time. This is intellectual property you are earning here. Remember that what worked for them will 100% not work for you, though. Adjust what they say to your personal, professional, and business biologies. This is not mathematics. The worst advice I got is to listen to other people’s success stories and try to implement them as they are.
