Aniketh Dsouza: I happened to hit upon a business opportunity in the early days of social media marketing back in 2009. While most traditional agencies called it a fad, I realised it will open up a new interactive way for businesses to engage with their consumer.

Aniketh Dsouza: Mindstorm offers services in two formats. Retainers & Projects. Our retainer based services include Social Media Marketing, Online Reputation Managemenet Services, Digital Strategy & Consulting, Digital Advertising, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Website Design & Development and Amazon Marketing. Our Project based services include Wikipedia Page Creation, Twitter Trending Services in India, Video Creation services & Influencer Marketing.

We are creative, fast & agile in our operations. We serve brands globally across 15 countries in 6 different languages. (English, Thai, Vietnamese, Ki Swahili, German & French). We can help brands scale their global marketing presence in 92 different languages with a Central team based in India with additional talent spread across the world on a project to project basis.

Aniketh Dsouza: We believe in serving brand owners & marketers with the power to scale their business through digital platforms across the globe. The usual challenge we face is to find the right people who believe in the same vision we have.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Mindstorm Digital Marketing Pvt. Ltd.?
Aniketh Dsouza: While we are already serving brands across the globe in multiple markets by hiring like-minded individuals globally & remotely, in the next 5 years we'd want to evolve to a brand with one of the large remote talent pools across the globe.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Aniketh Dsouza: Believe in yourself as it's your vision. The more people you serve, the money you make. Acknowledge advice from everyone but know when to ignore it.
Avoid signing losing deals. Losing deals are those where you try to squeeze additional work at no additional pay just to retain a client.
