Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

• Ever since college in 2006, I was intrigued by the idea of generating employment. But at that time I did not have any solid idea/experience to pursue my inner calling. It was only when I started working in the IT Services domain, did I understand the true power of software applications.

• I saw the first-hand impact of software on businesses and was amazed at how it can increase productivity and the bottom line. This experience reinforced my belief in software services. I was by then 100% sure about software services and knew that it is an evergreen domain, its demand would only grow over time.

• By 2013, at the age of 25, I had made up my mind to try entrepreneurship in the software services field and satisfy my inner calling. I finally took a leap of faith in April 2014.

• Over the last 8 years now, we have been challenging ourselves and our team to adapt to newer and trending technologies. We have been the front runners when it comes to adopting new technologies. We have been dealing only with open source technologies and I believe it is the most suitable approach for our client audience (small to medium scale) businesses.

Coming to the business execution part, we have always been very transparent about our expertise & deliverables. We only promise what we can achieve. We actually say NO to the business if we do not have the bandwidth in our team and also if project requirements do not match our skill set.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What do 5 years down the line look like for Creole Studios?

For the next 5 years (by 2027) we have 3 major milestones to achieve

• Adding a fully functional office in North America Region

• Venturing into the ERP Services domain

• Reach a headcount of 300 professionals

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out, what would it be?

I actually have tons of advice for budding entrepreneurs :)

• Starting a venture has always been and WILL ALWAYS be challenging! So no point fearing it.

• The hardest part is the START

• Dive in with a minimal business plan & make relevant plans on the way!

• Anybody who starts up a business, how much ever experience he may have of that industry, will always face NEW & BIGGER challenges.

• The most important characteristics that have worked for me so far are PATIENCE, INQUISITIVENESS, EXTROVERSION, DEDICATION & HARD WORK
