Aman Anand: We are into luxury segment of faucets industry. We provide bathing solution, designed and manufactured in Italy for customers who appreciates design and technology integrated products with simple and elegant aesthetics.

Aman Anand: It is difficult to ensure efficiency for an entrepreneur because one has to do all kinds of jobs in initial period. However with good team back up, i am able to focus on key areas, priortization comes handy to ensure the effecieny of the work. One of the measures i also use, which i learnt from my counterpart in Italy, if you are able to finish your routine work in office hours, beleive you are working effeciently. After that future planning working hours start.

Aman Anand: We are providing Italian Designer product with complete service backup in all major cities of the country, also at price which is worth the masterpiece. As compared to competition, we are a very flexible company. We provide lot of customisation options, alot of color options and both modern and classical collections. All are designs are made by famous and experienced designers from Europe, this gives us an edge because its all about practicality of an unique design.
Great Companies: What are the major issues faced while running this business? Aman Anand: What is the fun of doing business, if we do not face challenge everyday. I think challenge is also a great motivator for running and upscaling the business. Apart from routine work, i believe finding the right people is a big challenge, everyone wants to do smartwork and no hardwork but the reality is that their is no alternative of hard work. Also our higher education system is not producing quality workforce, it is all about quanity for them. For new businesses to hire from reputed institutaion is also a big challenge.

Aman Anand: Family business was one major reason, becasue we as family was already into similar line of business. In depth knowledge gained from experience of our seniors, showed opportunity into this industry. Also, the thought of doing something different and unique in the proven business model led me to the field, where artistic and creative minds accompanies us.
