Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Abhishek Singh: It was hard for me to lead a team initially and then I started understanding and adapting to changes. I always insist on giving opportunities to beginners as we live in a society that is dominated by professionals and beginners had to struggle a lot. Even I faced this initially but still I would choose a beginner with skills rather than a professional. This is my vision to grow and build a community that helps and passes on these things. It doesn't matter how society thinks of it but no one is born a professional it is always someone who trusted them and made them.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Social Chitra?
Abhishek Singh: I plan the growth with the startups we are working now with. 5 years will be very great full of achievements satisfied clients and more than anything we will be a trusted name on everyone's mouth.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
